1) what is the point of gaining ranks to use new elements if you're gonna just use that kiss....
2) you tried stealing ice element which wouldn't work... ice is not an element that exists on it's own... i have to be able to mix water and wind... you could steal them elements but not the ability to mix them...

it's not just that...
(the new element rules aren't posted yet but...) the old rules stated that only pein could have all 5 elements and a kage can have 4 or 3... but that would mean anyone with maybe lower post counts could just "steal" and use all elements -_-
