Yes but Rinnegan is only a portion of the Rikudou's powers, JJ is almost full Rikudou power.
Sasuke was scared when Madara had four Limbo's, and Sasuke have to seal Madara together with Naruto's seal, if he stabbed him in the heart then nothing would happen, because BZ only activated Kaguya inside Madara and Madara absorbed all chakra that's why he exploded en changed into Kaguya...
Obito also stabbed JJ Madara in his heart and nothing happened.

Like i said they need to seal Madara, Indra's arrow isn't working, and Madara have many ways to take Sasuke out.
