And Sasuke was bound to surpass him in ems
Sasuke showed six path proficiency and every instance in which Sasuke is harmed by ninjutsu after the rinnegan the opponent utilizes rikudou boosted technique
Base Madara was immune to ninjutsu but when Naruto and Sasuke used striking ninjutsu(like rasengan or chidori) it worked. This is either due to not being able to set up a barrier or rikudou chakra or high chakra is hard to absorb like narutos attack on Kaguya.
Both Sasuke and Madara have preta paths that aren't fool proof so no sauce hate pls
Sasuke being took down in the movie is due to susanoo bot being able to activate the preta barrier as evidenced in madara vs kage and momoshiki had rikudou chakra
Kinshiki showed feats that put him above one eye madara in juubi jin state.
Kenjutsu and speed rivaling sasuke and destructive capabilities rivaling base rsm naruto as he sliced yhe god tree

Yes he is much stronger than Madara without the Juubi. Rinnegan Sasuke and Adult Sasuke are stronger than non JJ Madara.

He broke out and sliced the God tree quicker than the rasenshuriken that made madara have to power up.
Kept up with Sasukes speed and swordplay that is enough to slice madara in two

Yup especially due to Sasukes earned rikudou chakra that made his chakra powerful enough for his shunshin to be on par with juubi jin flight,get to vote in minutes and he took a punch from a jj limbo that would knock a bijuu back. Also ems war arc sasuke was very close to ems madara without kurama especially due to enton and his swordsplay(which could come in handy in a susanoo brawl).

Base Madara had way more chakra, he would outlast base Sasuke easily.
Just look at Sasuke's katon and Madara katon.
EMS Madara>>>EMS Sasuke easily, EMS Sasuke only could achieve legged Susanoo due to Naruto's Kurama cloak, and you could never even see adult Sasuke only relying on EMS powers because he also always would have Rikudou chakra.
Rinnegan Madara(no JJ)>>> Rinnegan Sasuke(no Rikudou powers) because Limbo is much better than Amenotejikara, and Madara's chakra pool is much larger....
JJ Madara>>> Bijuu PS Sasuke, because Madara have both Naruto and Sasuke's powers, he has RSM and the Rinnegan. + Mokuton and Hashirama's SM + Sharinnegan..
