Is Sasuke above Kage Lvl?

Nonsense. That means all other Kages of other villages aren't even Kage level?



1. Sasuke didn't have 8.5 Bijuus.

2. Both Naruto and Sasuke were equally nerfed in terms of abilities they used. But Naruto had better stamina so he had more advantage still.

3. Sasuke could've also blitzed Kaguya if he wasn't in the gravity dimension. And Naruto's chances of blitzing Kaguya would have been reduced if Kaguya wasn't distracted by Sasuke.

it makes perfect sense actually...you have tier of kage low (Mei) Mid (Tsunade) high (ohnoki) and now God level (naruto) and if sasuke and naruto are equal he's not above that tier of kage he is equal to it

Saying someone is "Kage Level" is misleading b/c there are different tiers of Kage. "Kage Level" is just an empty title.

With that being said.... Just because Sasuke fought against Kage and lived doesn't make him "Kage Level" in his abilities.

For instance, when Kakashi lost his abilities from Obito and became the Kage, he would be easily beaten by Naruto or Sasuke post war.

Right now Naruto and Sasuke are on a level of their own. Sasuke been "Kage level"... but I don't agree that he was Kage level while fighting against the Kage. There are many shinobi who fought against Kage and lived... it doesn't make them all on the same level.

How was sasuke nerfed and Naruto didn't even use all his powers Wtf or wasn't even trying to kill him he can't beat Naruto
Ot: well it depends on who is the measuring stick because u have kages like gaara and mei and u have kages like hashi and minato and if we go with hashi tier sasuke didn't surpass that til he got the rinnegan hashi stomps ems sasuke

Yeah he can't beat Naruto, but Naruto can't beat him either, as they are equals
