A kage is the leader of their respective village no? So what leadership traits does sasuke have? Abandoning everyone for power? Wanting to control everyone's life instead of letting them live in free will? Never having a sense of commitment towards his daughter and never seeing her? Kage level in combat? Sure. Kage level in general? No not in the slightest.

while sasuke is above kage level this is a BS post. sasuke admitted that the only reason he beat orochimaru was because he was sick and dying and even then he had to go into his curse mark form. and itachi held back like crazy because he wasn't trying to win just exhaust sasukes chakra and that takes more effort then just killing him.

Think about some non Kage level shinobi for a moment. Asuma, Neji, maybe even Tsunade would not be able to beat Oro in that condition. We saw a 4-tailed Naruto get toyed with, an enemy Jiraiya had trouble subduing. And though CM was given to Sasuke, he learned to harness well on his own.

Itachi held back but how many people has Itachi wrecked not going all out. Itachi took the same approach as with every fight: genjutsu and Sasuke managed to beat that. Holding back or not, still a Kage level battle IMO. In his battle with Deidara, he used a mixture of of kenjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu, and ninjutsu matched with genius tactics. He's also wrecked thousands of chuunin and jonin without a scratch training with Orochimaru. The Kage tier is a wide one IMO. Hebi Sasuke is low Kage tier.

3. Sasuke could've also blitzed Kaguya if he wasn't in the gravity dimension. And Naruto's chances of blitzing Kaguya would have been reduced if Kaguya wasn't distracted by Sasuke.

Sasuke took on raikage and gaara arguably the strongest there besides onnoki . Mei had enough time to try to defeat a weakned sasuke who used up a lot of charka and couldn't beat him . The only reason sasuke nearly lost was onnoki technique caught him off guard and was very quick

this kind of question is shocking. sasuke has been kage lv since his hebi days as he held his own against akatski lv opponents, skilled in ninjutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu, shuriken jutsu, shunshin jutsu, snake summoning jutsu and his intelligence was great. this alongside his orochimaru abilities like healing and oral rebirth as well as Cm1 and lv2. to top it off he had a jutsu that was capable obliterating soosano which itachi had to reform.

he was kage lv back then with utmost ease. so obviously by Ems he was well above it. currently he is god tier for obvious reasons

2. No dont go there pls sasuke got used to his abilities while naruto couldnt even use the abilities he had against madara and kaguya ( includes TSB RASENSHURIKEN VARIANTS). Naruto having better stamina means sht cuz he eventually will get tired out he was fighting kaguya alone while sasuke was chilling in some other dimension.
