Pretty stupid question tbh. Hebi Sasuke was debatably Kage lvl. Thread title should be "wank over Sasuke with me plz"

Rinnegan, rikudou characters are all in their own tiers. This is self-evident.

How was Sasuke nerfed? Because he couldn't use the Chidori Splinter Technique at that time.

If anything both were going all out. Everything that Sasuke did even the most powerful attack he knew at that time " Indra's Arrow" Naruto countered with Bijuu RS.

Sasuke wasn't nerfed that was all there was to his abilities. I guess his 8.5 Bijuus didn't help him much lmao. Yeah the fight was physically a draw but all of the other aspects of the fight go to Naruto.

Naruto had better stamina and health than Sasuke did the whole fight. Naruto was nerfed to a certain extent but not by much, we saw what he did against Kaguya hell Naruto should have been able to blitz Sasuke but Kishi rejected that idea.

Anyways Sasuke wasn't nerfed as you think he was.

Hebi Sasuke was taking on the likes of Orochimaru, Deidara (who literally killed a Kage), and Itachi. He was Kage level when he was first introduced in pt 2.

while sasuke is above kage level this is a BS post. sasuke admitted that the only reason he beat orochimaru was because he was sick and dying and even then he had to go into his curse mark form. and itachi held back like crazy because he wasn't trying to win just exhaust sasukes chakra and that takes more effort then just killing him.

sasuke didn't reach kage level till the kage summit and even then mei and ohnoki almost negged him individually.

No Sasuke is not above Kage level. The difference between a kage and lets say Sasuke, Madara, and Gai is you have to have merits to make you a kage that are recognized by everyone. Intelligence, Speed, Strength, Caring, ECT are all needed. Can Sasuke fight as well as a kage? Sure. Is he Kage level? No he's not that's reserved for a select few.

Yes, Power wise but not personality wise. Being Kage is part power but also diplomat,politician and Daddy figure to the village population. Sasuke needs to chile up personality wise with smiles as to not come out looking and sounding like the typical dictator.

A kage is the leader of their respective village no? So what leadership traits does sasuke have? Abandoning everyone for power? Wanting to control everyone's life instead of letting them live in free will? Never having a sense of commitment towards his daughter and never seeing her? Kage level in combat? Sure. Kage level in general? No not in the slightest.

Hebi Sasuke was mid-Kage Tier. MS Sasuke was beyond Kage tier. People forget that at the summit not a single Kage took him head on without back up and he fought several Kages in one location. Other than Onoki, and Sauske wasn't even fighting him. This Sasuke is god tier.
