she is alive...she became an anbu...how could i tell??(shino style).....go back to the funeral of the 3rd hokage....there were anbu in front of obito's grave and one of them was a woman who offered flowers....then the other anbu member told RIN that they should go...

Sure, but we don't know how she died, do we? Plus, Narutopedia claims that she's presumed deceased, but Kakashi could think that she's dead, when she's not... But like you said, we should assume that she really is.

One thing is for sure: Yugao IS NOT Rin! Yugao met Kakashi back when he was an ANBU. Maybe she knew Obito as well, since he was part of Minato's team, and that's probably why she was there with Kakashi the day of Iruzen's funeral...

Yeah and if we assume that Rin is dead, then there's no way Rin and Yugao are the same person, since Yugao is still alive... Well, we don't know for sure, because we don't know what happened to her after Nagato attacked the Leaf.

i dont think so either but theres alot of stuff bein released about kakashi's life such as kakashi gaiden and the third movie seems to be based around him aswell so well find out soon
