Kakashi should get with her even though it's not Rin though. Hmmm ... Right before Kakashi was about to face the group of Ninjas .. Rin kinda pulled a Hinata and revealed her feelings for Kakashi .. wonder what he did after that?

Rin isn't alive and I have 2 reasons:
look at the manga where sasuke met the sound 4 for the first time...kakashis said to him that all of his friends died
and the second one...when kakashi was killed by pain he said :" obito rin master..l'll be there soon"

LOL HEY - Don't read if you are not a manga reader/have not gotten far. Possible spoilers.
Lol, no offense or anything but people are blowing Rin and Obito's character way out of proportion. The assumptions of Rin being this anbu and Obito being Tobi is getting ridiculous. ;_____;
Characters CAN die believe it or not, and that be the end of them. Obito is dead, smushed, just because Tobi has one sharigan eye, does not mean it is Obito (not to the mention the fact that he is Madara Uchiha), because his eye was taken, and the other smashed. Since Danzo has one sharigan eye, does that make him Tobi or Obito then?

Rin is dead. She is only a character of Kakashi's past. That is the end of Rin. As above guy stated, Kakashi says it as well when he "dies" in chapter 425, of how he breaks his promise to Obito because he could not protect Rin. Then yes, he says Obito, Rin, Master, I'll be there soon right when he is about to "die."

Rin was Kakashi first and as far as we know only love, do you think Kakashi would be alone if Rin was alive? Not likely if their was a chance of the two being together.
Actually, Kakashi rejected Rin. He said he didn't deserve her because he was willign to abandon her. 
That's too bad though, I think they would have been great together.
And I agree, Rin and Obito are both dead. I'm not going to repeat all the reasons though; many have already been mentioned before.

She is presumed dead, since Kakashi says he couldn't protect her and everyone close to him has died. Then when Kakashi dies, he says, "I wasn't able to protect Rin, I broke my promise to you, forgive me. Obito, Rin, Master, I'll be there soon."
So pretty much she died, but it's unclear on how she died.
