Obito simply needs the corpses of the jinchuuriki, the rinnegan, the outer path, the gedo mazou, & the bijuu's chakra.

Obito has all of this, the only thing that kabuto gave obito was invincible paths, however he can still use the bijuu as his own power without kabuto LOL.

Contract seals dont work that way genius, obito is controlling his paths via the gedo mazou, the only way that minato can release the bijuu is by removing the steaks.

& after that, they simply go into the gedo statue which is comparable to bijuu in physical strength
