Basically, Obito with Kamui is much, much stronger than Obito without Kamui. I dont see whats so shocking in that. Kakashi dragged Obito into that dimension specifically for that reason - to nullify Obitos s/t abilities. Obito is still in TOP5, nothing has changed.
