I do agree that both Minato and Kakashi are stronger than Obito.
but Obito was not scared of Itachi, as a matter of fact Itachi said it clearly to Sasuke
that he's weaker than obito (madara as he thinks).

Besides the obv trolls (solo), Only noobs would think he is weak or kakashi is better. Obito shits on 99.8% of all ninjas shown when in health and in a fair fight in prime!
