Naruto isnot ready to run the village. Being the hokage during peacetime is basically the same thing as being the president.
Naruto doesnot know anything about KONOHA's infrastructure, economy, Allies, politics etc....
Sure during wartime, naruto could be hokage - but during peace time he would be a terrible kage. Naruto just doesnot know how to run a city from behind a desk. I don't even think naruto can read well,
--- naruto can learn all these things, cery quickly via kage bunshin so it's not a problem, but currently their is
No indication that naruto knows anything about how to make good decisions in things like accepting legislation, knowing what legal policies are best etc... In order to be a kage during peacetime has nothing to do with how good a fighter you are
Neither naruto nor Sasuke have the correct background needed in order to run a village optimally.
However, sarutobi didnot ( he was only 15 )- presumably minato
Didnot, and hashimara certainly didnot- ( there were no villages before)
You're wrong on so many levels, it almost makes it indescribable. If you hold contempt towards Naruto, on a personal level, you shouldn't take it here. Facts are adequately described, not through postulate means. If you're making up things that were never written in the Manga, then you shouldn't be replying. Sorry for being unashamedly bad-mannered, but you're speaking out of your arse. There is a lot of paltry camouflage and foreshadowing in the Manga, consequently, there's a lot of explanations provided to us now. Everything has a key, and you just have to wait for the lock to open.

Have you forgotten the fact that Naruto is only seventeen years old? Why would he sink his time with Konoha's infrastructure? He shouldn't concern himself with things that can be dealt with by his assistants? There is no shortage of willing helpers. It will not be forced on him, upon his entrance to the office. There's a reason why characters such as; Tobirama Senju, Shikamaru Nara and many others were introduced to the series. They are just another step in Naruto's stairways. Since when Naruto wasn't capable of learning? He deeply cares for Konoha.
Sure during wartime, naruto could be hokage - but during peace time he would be a terrible kage. Naruto just doesnot know how to run a city from behind a desk. I don't even think naruto can read well,
Where that came from? Have you ever seen Naruto as the Hokage? You already know how he will run as the Hokage in the future? Naruto has shown a lot of potential to become a Hokage. He has all the tools at his disposal to run a city, properly. He has shown leadership skills, responsibility and willingness to die for his friends, which is the most important thing for a Hokage to perform. It requires mental stability, and a lot of courage. Would you save your friends without having second thoughts? No matter how much you love your friends and ready to protect them from any harm, you will still have a lot of thoughts going through your mind. He won't.
naruto can learn all these things, cery quickly via kage bunshin so it's not a problem, but currently their is

Again with that? I've already tried to elaborate on that particular matter. He doesn't have plow the ground for a solution. He has his assistants, who already promised to devote their life to him, by any means. So that shouldn't be a problem, at all. Naruto is quite popular at the moment, and no one has shown detestation to him, after getting to know him, on a personal level. Good decisions? Accepting policies? Are you joking? Stop.
Neither naruto nor Sasuke have the correct background needed in order to run a village optimally.
What kind of background do you need in order to become a Hokage? There are specific requirements in order to become a Hokage, no matter where you come from, or what's your past background. Hashirama? He's a Senju, he does not have a special background. Tobirama, brother of Hashirama, he also doesn't have a special background. Hiruzen? His father is not the Hokage, he does not come from a special clan, yet, he was chosen Hokage by the previous position holder. Minato is also not special, to such extent, that Hashirama didn't even know who he was. Inherited characteristics such as blood groups does not necessarily indicate good material.
^ Every single character is special, in its own way. Embedding someone in a special category, due to his power, wisdom, or beauty, is completely false. Everyone has their own good, and bad. Some people replied here that Naruto is too naive, childish, ingenuous and showing a lack of experience. Are you kidding me? Have you even seen the last episode in the anime?
It's right there, the answer! Have you seen Hashirama's behavior? That should be enough for you to understand why childness shouldn't play a major part in the whole "Becoming Hokage Requirements" thingy. Hasirama was corrected numerous times by Tobirama, for his stupidity and lack of good sense or judgment, claiming that hoping peace is too naive.
You only need one thing in order to become a Hokage; Love. Something Sasuke, unfortunately, does not have. No matter how unilaterality this sounds, Sasuke is just incapable of showing love. No matter how much arguments this is going to trigger, and no matter how strong Sasuke is, he just doesn't have what it takes to become a Hokage, in terms of popularity, caring and certainty, which will result in his downfall.
Love is stronger than power, and it has been foreshadowed and indicuated by Kishimoto for so many times, that I lost the count of it. Naruto's true meaning is not about fighting who's stronger, and who's going to become the hokage, although it is very fun and merrymaking. Kishimoto tries to pass here a lot of lessons about life. Loving each other, helping each other and caring for each other is the most important thing.
Everything in the Manga started from one thing; Chakra. Power. Same goes in real life. People are manipulative, destructive and irreparable harm causers. Why? Because of power. And that is why Kishimoto is foreshadowing this in his Manga. As long as there's Chakra, there will always be hatred - Something Hashirama never understood. Naruto can achieve fame and love without Chakra, which is why Kishimoto has shown us the potential in Naruto's personality to change every single person.
---- You don't need Chakra to bring love. As long as you always understand people, they will always rely on you, knowing that you will always be there for them, regardless of your popularity, power or appearance.
