Mentally for Naruto? Hell no but morally yeah pretty much. Saauke mentally? Hell no but realistically yeah. So in the end neither are ready at all but the closest I think Naruto is more ready I like saauke and all.

but I don't think people would accept such a harsh person as their leader XD. But saauke is better tactically and intelligently.

Both have the strength and power (albeit Naruto with portion of tailed beasts help) and hokage is freaking irrelevant why not just combine the entire world into one big republic I mean you already combined in an alliance.

one big nation will benefit them all where hokage is irrelevant they may settle on more than one leader. So sasuke and Naruto may both be leader as only one leader lead to madara despising hashi. So learn from your past.

Naruto isnot ready to run the village. Being the hokage during peacetime is basically the same thing as being the president.

Naruto doesnot know anything about KONOHA's infrastructure, economy, Allies, politics etc....

Sure during wartime, naruto could be hokage - but during peace time he would be a terrible kage. Naruto just doesnot know how to run a city from behind a desk. I don't even think naruto can read well,
