Is minato still top ten?

Its not the speed, but the way they use it. Minato can apply his seals to kunai and teleport to multiple places at once. For all we know, Tobirama can only teleport to one seal at a time. Also, Minato's kunai can sense when they move, and Minato has a space time barrier, a SPACE TIME BARRIER.

Minato has the space time barrier, which Tobirama does not. Tobirama could place a seal on a Kunai or Shuriken and do the same as Minato. Just saying.

You misread. Minato can have multiple seals on the Battlefield to teleport to thanks to his Kunai. Tobirama, from what we've seen so far, MUST be in contact with someone in order to use his seals, mark them, an teleport.

Tobirama can mark his Kunai or Shuriken just like Minato. As long as it is a tangible object, it can be marked.

Obviously you do not know what Shunshin means. Shunshin is a high speed movement ninjutsu, an equivalent to Bleach's flash step. Not FTG.

Izuna wasn't moving and neither was obito!!! And also minatos kunai are built with special thick handles to hold the ftg seal....regular kunai wouldn't be able to carry the seal or minato would have used those!

Tobirama did not state FTG with a clone was slow. Read the VIZ. Tobirama can use it. It is marking a Kunai and teleporting to it. Absence of Evidence =/= Evidence of Absence. Do you need the VIZ scan?
