Is Minato even fast?

Transportation which is directly affected by the term "speed" speed which is co-dependent to the term "instantaneous movement"
instantaneous movement which is a synonym to the term "teleportation".

so if we read this in reverse.

teleportation = instantaneous movement - speed - transportation.

FTG is considered speed so he's the fastest shinobi alive. You can't change the fact that he is, even if he uses S/T. In base I agree he isn't the fastest, but as of now, he is still faster than A and Naruto, even if it's S/T, it's part of his feats.

Last time I say this, Lee and presumabley guy are naturally fast without the gates. Which is why I think one of them is the fastest without ninjutsu enhancement. Hey ask Gaara how fast lee is?

And I am saying you are trying to make your arguments work by changing facts. Fact is that he has FTG. Fact is that the definition of moving faster then everyone else is reaching your destination quicker then anyone else could, wich Minato can. As so many others have already stated strip away other shinobis abilities and they are also slow. It's like saying Gaara is the weakest kage because he uses sand. If he didn't have his sand he is just shit.

his speed in saving baby naruto and also in whisking kushina off from under the kyuubi to the top of a tree far away (doubt he'd put a marker there so it must be base speed) show that his mastery of shunshin is greater than any we've seen in base. plus his reactions are definitely the best in naruto. the only ones faster are Ay and his dad, Bee and Naruto- in their respective modes. perhaps shishui and hanzo could have given him a run for his money too as they were touted to be really amazing with body flicker as well.
