Using Gear 4 he could defeated Doffy who was the most dangerous Shichibukai, so I guess he is ALMOST above Shichibukai right now

Well he fighted 11 hours against Cracker in G4 and needed a new form to beat him, that was really hard so I am not surprised.

I can't be the idiot here right??? He didn't defeat Doffy 1v1 so there is that not to mention he isn't the strongest shichibukai....
Also platon how is he greater than a commander when he couldn't defeat one 1v1?!?!?!......The OP section is getting dumber and dumber

True. Shichibukai as a title lost its value ever since Buggy became one. Also, the title is a cover up for World Government. Anyone can be Shichibukai. Mihawk and Kuma don't represent as Shichibukai. Mihawk may take some orders from World Government, but he can do as he pleases. He can ignore their orders and they can't do shit. So much negativities about the title that it's unfortunate people like Mihawk and Kuma still a Shichibukai. The only thing that defines true strength is Yonkou, that title takes everything a pirate bets on, even their lives to become one.

Yes he is too an extent but Mihawk, Kuma, and possibly Weevil are like the highest end of the warlords.

Realistically speaking no one was fighting one on one, especially Doffy. The whole thing started with strawhats and law vs. all of dressrosa.
There's really no such thing as an admiral level either, but most of these levels give implied powers of your potential. Being able to beat a warlord at the time gave you the capability to be a warlord or a super rookie at the time. Beating a yonkou commander (Not the top 3 though) also gave you warlord title as well.
It's just a notable level even among yonkous

I think he meant the final battle but he didn't including the 5 minute escaping he did to replenish his haki.

We cant say yet if luffy is above shichibukai now. Because it is divided to half (strong and weak)
But he sure can kick some assess there. Boa, kuma,mihawk,weevil(have a good reputation,the strongest one:i didnt include dofla and traguy since they are no longer a shichibukai.)

Doflamingo is not confirmed as strongest Shichibukai (there are Kuma and Mihawk). Also , Luffy barely defeat Doflamingo (Luffy needed to run away from Doflamingo for 10 minutes.)

not until Luffy becomes more comparable to the Yonko or at least until he can solo Doffy lvl opponents w/o running away to buy time for himself.

Buggy is known for his sovereignty, who even whitebeard said could cause problems in numbers.
When people were referring to warlord level, they were talking about pre time skip original.
