Of course.
It's his power.
He lived with it, and trained to utilize it. He tamed it, the Kyuubi is Naruto's power.
I do agree that by taming the Kyuubi the Kyuubi's chakra became his, but you can't deny the fact that if Naruto dies, Kurama will reform. But in Sasuke dies his Sharingan goes down with him. I'm ok with the Kyuubi being Naruto's power it's just that he's way to reliant on it. If you take away Kyuubi's power Naruto is basically fodder and wouldn't last 5 minutes against the villains now.
Kishimoto clearly planned for Naruto to control the Kyuubi's Power by this scan. Notice he has the KCM Markings along with Uzumaki Clan Symbol on his shirt.

And some people say KCM/BM was an absolute pull out of his rectum.
The source of the power isn't his, but he has the ability/skill to control it and create different abilities. I like how his power carries interpretation such as the "Man and His Dog" for example. I enjoyed and savored the interaction between Naruto and Kurama; it was actually one of the things I enjoyed.
I also like that Naruto's arsenal isn't solely on Kyuubi's powers, but is on merging of his own and Kurama's ability. He still has SM, Rasenshuriken/Rasengan, Frog-Taijutsu Tech, and Toad Summons as his own abilities.
I say KCM/BM is part of his arsenal. Sealing the Kyuubi inside someone else will not guarantee that he/she will perform the every same feat that Naruto performs.
