all human beings are nothing after the might of the sharingan (even kakashi is no an uchiha )

Kakashi is known to COPY 1000 jutsu...not master them or even memorise them....and besides he doesn't have 4 elements...his elemental affinities are earth, water and lightning and his water affinity isn't so predominant compared to the other two....

This copy memorize argument is so illogical.If you knew the sharingan abilities properly,you would have known that everything the sharingan copies,memorized it and can use it whenever,The only precondition is that the ninja should have the skills to use the cipied jutsu.This has been proved in the manga.And why would Kakashi be know as the copy ninja if only he could see a jutsu and copie it but not reproduce it??Again,this argument doesn't contain logic.
His water release is pretty good,he copied and used instantly water dragon, a high level jutsu and the water wall he used against Kakuzus fire/wind jutsu was pretty good to withstand a combined technique.
Fire release was only showed in the anime but since it wasn't a filler and it was just an extension of a cannon we can take it as his ability.

Ehhh maybe in base but once tht seal is unlocked all it takes is one hit...

Tsunade speed is lower than Kakashi's.She will never be able to get that one hit.She doesn't have counter for kamui and pretty much she doesn't have any counter for ninjutsu.

No, one technique giving you an advantage over an another doesn't make them stronger, it's all about match-ups. Kakashi's Kamui is a bad match-up for most shinobi, but this doesn't make him stronger than them. IMO its like elemental advantage/range advantage.

No even Itachi did not want to get in a prolong fight against Jiraiya even with the help He had. Kamul still takes a lot out of Kakashi,especially if Jiraiya places Him in the Frog stomach and even more in Sage Mode.

well Kakashi has a technique which puts him above a lot of people, but I think even in base he's strong enough to edge a win even against Jiraiya and Itachi etc, his strategies are outstanding and his use of bunshin and hiding like a mole is on a par with jiraiya's use of bunshin and toad shadow manipulation, if not stronger. his speed, strength and stamina have improved significantly since the start of shippuden, i'd say he's around thirty-six in the databook. in this battle he's hardlyu in top shape, having gone through a war of attrition vs the zetsu and seven swordsman and assorted edo tensei, yet he's doing really well.

kamui? yes it is formidable, but kakashi needs to target the charcter and get him before kamui can work. when kakashi tried using it against deidra, he wasn't very successful cos deidra wouldnt stay still. the instances we have seen kakashi perform a successful kamui have been on targets that were still, or travelling in a straight motion albeit fast i.e sasukes' susanoo arrow( was traveling in a straight line headed for kakashi, pains' missile- also relatively straight part, hachibi was still. so jiraiya isnt gona stay still and wait for kakashi to kamui his ass, so if u saying kakashi would win based on kamui, u wrong . so dont think kakashi is stronger than the j-man,

kakashi fought deidara inthe start of the series, he couldnt even activate his mangekyou immediately at that point, his use of kamui was inefficient at best. now he's warping bm clones at a speed that even Tobi can't keep up with intimate knowledge of the technique, ms and rinnegan at point blank range. the missile sent after chouji wasnt travellign in a straight line either. kakashi's fine tuned kamui so much that it's a legitimate ko against pretty much everyone who's not a mass bunshin user like naruto. j-man and kisame obviously have a chance as they spam bunshin as well. it's about matchups, and kamui can get a win against pretty much anyone with very few notable exceptions. i daresay he could even hit minato with kamui at this stage, it's faster than obito's warp.
