Is Kakashi stronger than Jiraya?

Stronger is subjective here. If you mean can he beat him, it all depends on circumstances under which they fight. In most instances, say 6 out of 10, Kakashi will be able to kamui his ass.

Overall??Hmmm that is tough.
On a 1vs1 fight Kakashi has the advantage of kamui but Jman has sage mode which increase his speed,sensing abilities etc,etc.
On the other hand Jmans SM requires a lot of time to activate and Kakashi is good at tactics so he might be able to find a way around this.
So I will go with Kakashi.

I don't think Kakashi is overall stronger because he doesn't have a sage mode or arsenal of techniques like jiraiya but with Kamui he can definitely defeat him.

Depends on the the accuracy of Kakashi's Kamui and the time it takes Jirayia to enter SM.

I think that kakashi is stronger, he is very good at tactics. jiraya too, but i think that kakashi still wins. but it has too to do with luck, because kamui has a limited use and he couldn't use his second strongest jutsu chidori because jiraya has earth release and i don't affects him

What about his speed in SM? Also I know it takes awhile to activate but when does Kakashi use kamui in the first 10 mins of a fight :shrug:
He also has giant summonings so yeah J-Man high diff
