People protest all the time, it was a peaceful one, we didnt cause a ruckus. And our community has fought for a senior center for 4 years now and the City never got back to us. Now out of nowhere they throw this on us. Sorry but this is bad, this is bad for any community, a drug center or a criminal sentencing center. Come on.

What you said makes no sense, and it's irritating. If you don't want your sisters walking alone, walk them for god sakes, get off the computer and take them where they need to go. What if the current location is ideal for an abundance of drug addicts, so they can get help? You relocating the center can screw with their chance of getting better, and causing even more problems then the original location would.

Did you ever stop to think that the people who put it there know what they're doing? Do you think they randomly threw a dart at a map and said "Yup, that's where it will go?" They chose that location for a reason, and that reason is that it's most likely the best place that they had available. They're putting it in a community so the people there can see how a community functions. By isolating them from communities, they don't learn, this way, they see how a community functions and what's acceptable in them.

You want to ruin these people's chances to fix their lives, you want to eliminate this shelter for people that sleep outside on concrete, because you have some bullshit paranoia.
