personally I think gai beats him with 6th gate.

JinMads has the god of the NV inside of him which makes him faster than Kamui. Him and Obito are the only ones that can dodge it. Anything else? No? Ok.

Kakashi won't Kamui snipe and Guy won't speedblitz, 8th Gate should be a draw and stamina is no longer a problem for Kakashi so...

He can burst open gates which causes a shockwave so the Kamuo will most likely be interrupted because Kakashi would stagger and couldn't focus on the Kamui. Also I never saw him sending something of relevant size to the other dimension without time to knead the needed chakra.
