Is Hinata A Wasted Character?

I disagree, Sakura as a main character is definetly wasted, but Hinata has quite a few troll moments in the short panel time she gets.


Challenges Neji and gets solo'd.
Challenges Pain and gets solo'd.
Sees a rock and gets solo'd.

Then there are all the moments she fainted or Naruto ignored her.

I prefer the RTN Hinata, she spoke up and was sure of herself.

There are none who succeed at challenging the rock. The rock solo's all.

Sakura was just crying for Naruto. Hinata went too fight pain and I admit was a stupid butr brave thing to do but it awakened the anger in Naruto which got him to meet his Dad. Basically without her he would have never met Minato for that brief moment.

She went to fight pain because she thought Naruto was going to die, so she wanted to die with him.

well ur comparing her with a main character....thats worthy for a fodder like her to get compared with the main character....and atleast she doesnt forget to breathe...XD

Good question. I just wanted to make a thread asking a serious question. Kishi has female characters who had great upside and were never developed, in fact they regressed, which is why I made the thread like I did.
