[Question] Is Enel admiral level?

He lost to Luffy, yes, Luffy was bad match up, but i would say that admiral level should be able to win even with disadvantage beat opponent of Luffy's power level at that time.

his df is his ability. he can use CoO(mantra) to its fullest. we havent seen much of sanjis haki. we know sanji haki< vergos haki

-Sanji trained. For two years. His legs are so powerful he can run in the air. This proves his acceleration is godly . Acceleration is a change in velocity. And velocity is a speed with a given direction. Therefore due to his acceleration being godly, Sanji's speed is also godly. Sanji's power is based on his speed and his legs. If he isn't faster than Luffy and Zoro then he might as well not be considered a member of the M3. Which is total BS because he's the closest thing to Zoro in strength.

Enel coudnt even dogde Luffy with a gaint golden ball stuck to his hand. He is not as godlike as you make him out to be. VA can easily one shot him, since he has no durablity. Enel's lightning attack couldnt even one shot some of the more fodder characters from the skypiea arc, so why would you think he can possible one shot a VA.
