yes he did got defeated by pre TS luffy early in the manga but keep in mind since luffy was made of rubber enels lightning attacks did not work on him, so he was extremely handicapped

luffy was literally the worst opponent for him, he lost cuz of plot

he basically one shotted everyone else neg diff

enels is one of the best users of observation haki we seen so far in the manga

his df destructive powers are on par or greater than the admirals df powers

think about it like this if akainu's magma couldn't hurt luffy and luffy could physically hit akainu. how do you think the fight would go? (im talking about pretimeskip)

The key word was pretty much and Smoker is for sure he has been offered Admiral but wants to say Vice to pursue luffy.

Tbh i think Oda made up Haki just so logia's wont seem unstoppable because your telling me Ace couldn't use coa Haki to roast Smoker in the Alabasta arc or w/e it was called.

When was Smoker offered Admiral? I've never heard that. Dude is nowhere near Akainu, Aokiji, Kizaru or Fujitora level. That's gotta be a joke.
as for OT: I think Enel with proper haki training would be Ace level, he might be able to hang with an admiral for a while, but I don't see him being able to beat them.

Yeah, regular, everyday people can survive a lightning strike. There aint a person out there, nor will there ever be, that can survive getting close to the sun. So how is it ten times stronger? A shock that is over in an instant is nothing compared to Akainu's magma.
