Yet somehow Naruto didn't get fodder stomped by him at the end of the Manga. His Shunshin is superior, but in a Taijutsu battle that doesn't really mean much.

Base Naruto has Oodama Rasengan and above. He can throw Rasen Shuriken. He has mass clones but somehow you and others honestly think that he loses to Sasuke without Sharingan? Despite Base Naruto and Base Sasuke being equal in CQC at the valley of the end w/o any clones or Sharingan?

Restrict clones and Base Naruto would still wreck because he can use Rasen Shuriken, a guided one at that.

Where sasuke crossed from madara's statue to hashirama's and naruto could only get that distance from the ground.

Guided rasenshuriken really prove nothing. As you saw from last, Sasuke's base attacks got a ton more powerful and that was just chidori. Think about what wide scale techs like fire jutsu will be like. It all comes down to actually landing the attack. With sasuke's speed he could evade rasenshuriken easily. Naruto would need a very ingenious setup to make sure Rasenshuriken lands.

He should have the chakra to do it. But similarly, sasuke could summon army of snakes and rinnehawks. So Toads won't be the deciding factor in this battle.

Naruto isn't the only one who improved in base, didn't Sasuke destory a meteorite in base using chidori only, in the little screen time he had? A village busting one if i may add?
