Rasengan=Chidori. Always has, always will. Even if you pull the no feats card. FRS>>>Chidori. It counters it easy.

His chidori was never shown to be any stronger than normal after he got rikudou power up, only color change(incorporating rikudou chakra), that does not show his chidori damage level increased. But the last showed that his abilities increased, therefore all his normal attacks also.

Chidori and Rasengan blew apart Madara and Hashirama's statues at VoTE. Base Naruto and Base Sasuke's Chidori and Rasengan have never been that powerful in shippuden, yet they are at VoTE. Hint hint. Hagoromo's chakra.

Dodging a guided rasenshuriken is easy. It's like someone chasing him, he can evade it.

If the guiding function of the FRS was enough to force Toneri to block, Sasuke dies a terrible death cause he is not reacting faster than Tenseigan Chakra Mode Toneri, who kept pace with BSM Naruto in The Last, without Sharingan. Not a chance.

The real problem would be rasenshuriken exploding in his vicinity. there's also the option of using an attack to intercept FRS before it gets anywhere near him. I've already mentioned how much faster base sasuke is than base naruto. Naruto is in danger of getting blitzed.

Can we stop with the vagueness in our argumentation? Sasuke has no attack to intercept FRS anyway. It'd blow past anything he has and chop him in half.

Sasuke ends this with Kirin. Itachi was levels above him and Sasuke had virtually no chakra left, yet with this move, he gave Itachi a whopping, and he only survived because of Susano'o. Now, Sasuke and Naruto are around the same league and Sasuke of course is full of chakra. He ends Naruto no problem with a village to city busting Kirin - his regular Chidori can bust mountains down, a feat that when he used it for the first time, could only do this - bust mountains. Imagine what the current one can do and will do to Naruto. Dear Jesus, my head hurts thinking about it.

How is Chidori Nagashi going to stop multiple FRS spam, or even a Chou Oodama rasengan assault?

Both Naruto/Sasuke were physically drained after their clash, so I'm mooting over your point there to somehow shed light on something that was never there in the first place. Base Naruto = Base Sasuke, with no enhancements or shadow clones active. Meaning 3T Sasuke > Base Naruto
Meaning 3T Sasuke = Base Naruto /w shadow clones (only using physical attacks)
