Jiraiya is Senju, he mentioned it in the first series. And Minato, i'm guessing he is Senju since he has some of the same traits as Hashirama.

When did he ever say that? He said TSUNADE was a senju. And the name senju wasn't even relevant in the first half. We only figured out they were big **** baddasses in part 2. Minato isn't either just because you act like someone doesn't mean you are related to them. Neither is naruto. Just because mito married Hashirama doesn't mean she and naruto are immediate family.

Intelligence that depends on individual. Hashirama was dumb compared to Tobirama. Uchiha people are mostly avarage intelligent. They have upper hand in their observation skills thanks to their sharingan. Which makes them battle smart.
