The TBB is simply more concentrated considering a Jin is focusing its power, apart from that they are probably similar in size, or very close.

PS is PS. There is zero difference in durability between Madara's and Sasuke's as they all use the same armor. Just like every other version of Susanoo, the only thing that might differ is the offensive power, but that's it. The only Bijuu Dama that have a chance of breaking/can break PS are the Bijuu Dama barrage used by Full Kurama, Naruto's Bijuu Dama (The one used on Obito right before his mask broke and the one used against the Edo Jinchuuriki, Juubi's and Obito's Bijuu Dama, and the combined Bijuu Dama made by Naruto and Killer B.

Sasuke wasn't using Kurama's chakra when he used PS, don't even know where this BS came from. Its as clear as day that the cloak wasn't on him, and that scan that says the chakra still lingers inside the people who got the cloak doesn't prove anyone who believes this nonsense's point as the chakra is so small at that point that its insignificant.

Actually Sasuke hasn't really used PS yet, he just used a complete Susanoo with legs and wrapped it around the 9 tails.
