Obito left eye can warp things from a distance and himshelf.
So obitos snipe aint getting faster, he can warp himshelf but not other things from a distance, that speed will remain the same Lol.

Double MS Obito with Senjuu DNA is almost like version of Theoretical Double EMS Obito, because Senjuu DNA boost Obito's chakra and increase his regeneration, also enhances everything and recharge chakra at faster rate. It could most likely even protect Obito from blindness but still difference would be that EMS gives stronger version of MS techniques and higher capabilities.

you never said anything about a fanfiction double rinnegan non jin maddy... Shouldve clarified. However what makes you think he would have enough chakra to support more than one when juubi jin only has 5. Andeven if his snipe didnt get faster it still to fast for the madara you mentioned whos speed is only above average at best. Still dont think so? Kakashi activated kamui and warped away the onymoudan shield before guy even got there.
Sniping was the ability of the other eye he gave to Kakashi which is rightfully obito's. Like how Sasuke uses and extinguishes amaterasu in two different eyes.
