sorry those were two diff scenarios in one he was saying madara would win via limbo but rinnegan obito can see limbo and use kamui. Double kamui doesnt need to worry about limbo he cant be hit but can still attack.

Even without SM, 5 Limbos destroys and no, Obito cannot awaken rinnegan, he need ems first and not to mention he need ashura and indra chakra, he has none
