Yes, which would also make Naruto 29 and Konohamaru 24.

Which I guess in theory is old enough to be hokage, though seems they'd want someone with more experience, thus my suggestion of Choza until someone from the younger generations is suited to fill in.

But at the end of the war wasnt Naruto just turning 16? Making Konohamaru 10, meaning he would be 20 on chpt 700
