If Naruto somehow died after chapter 700, who would become the next Hokage?

Most people in Konoha itself probably wouldn't like that.
Though with Naruto dead, Sasuke would be free to power his way in to the position. No one else in the village can really challenge him.

Yes, which would also make Naruto 29 and Konohamaru 24.
Which I guess in theory is old enough to be hokage, though seems they'd want someone with more experience, thus my suggestion of Choza until someone from the younger generations is suited to fill in.

It obviously Sakura. She is the disciple of the 5th ( who is the disciple of the 1st and 3rd) and the 6th hokage, + team mate of the 7

Shikamaru hands down.
Sakura is a good choice, but she isn't really the Hokage type. She is a watered down Tsunade.
Shikamaru on the other-hand is smart enough to lead the village, smart enough tactically to be ready for war if needed, and has been with Naruto and probably knows about his plans/line of thinking to carry on his "will".
If all ends, Sasuke destroys the village for the lul and uses Rinne-rebirth to bring them all back to life

Exactly. We all know this is the criteria the people in charge of appointing the next Hokage used when they had to decide who'd succeed Tsunade after she fell into a coma.
We also know that Sakura was already superior to DMS Kakashi by the end of part 2. Prime Sakura would be a beast. She became the 2nd best medic in Konoha after 3 years of studying, imagine her skills 12 years later. She'll be able to revive people from the dead with her medical skills of shannaroo.

Issues with most answers in this thread is you're not looking at probably the most important aspect of being the Hokage in the time of peace that they're in, which is the political aspect. The only people with noted experience in that is:
Tsunade(Obvious reasons, though again I assume OP doesn't want her counted)
Kakashi(Obvious reasons, but counted out in OP)
Choza(Years of experience as the head of a clan, understands the political aspects)
Shikamaru(Unsure if he was Kakashi's aide for any period of time for not. If so that makes him a candidate)
Shizune(Obvious reasons)
Choza would probably be the answer for a short term fill in. He fits the political aspect and is the strongest of the 3 eligible. He would probably only reign for a few years while they prep someone like Shikamaru or Sakura or Konohamaru in the political side of things.
You can't take a kid fresh out of college and throw him in as the President of the US and expect things to be run smoothly. Gotta work your way up. Choza would allow the time for someone to work their way up.

Hinata has defeated Toneri by choosing Naruto.
Hinata can do a nice rotation with her boobs.
Hinata defeated Hanabi when she showed more feats than her in the manga.

My next wank would be Sauce boi, so I think Sauce should return to the village and take up that mantle. Pretty sure the reason he's out wandering about is because he's trying to be a more mature person which he will need to be Hokage IMO.
