since you changed a drastic part of the story other things will change if you take away there powers then who know they would have gone to another mission they assign you missions based on your abilities since they dont have there abilities they would have been signed a diffrent mission and even if they were still on the mission they would still win kishi would not let them die

not necessarily, since naruto is a uzumaki, he would still have high chakra levels but not as much as the 9 tails power.

the opposite would happen because he needs a lot of chakra to supress Kurama from taking over. without him he would have so much more chakra

Not really, yeah he would still be an orphan, but he wouldn't be shunned so he might not have ended up a dunce. No fox, means no reason to hate him. Chances are neither Sasuke or Naruto would of died at the bridge because Haku couldn't bring himself to kill anyone. Zabuza would have killed Gato for betraying him, Haku would have still have taken a Raikiri to the chest. The most that would have changed is Orochimaru wouldn't have bothered with Sasuke since he doesn't have the Sharingan. Nagato would find that capturing the bijuu would be worthless without the fox. The whole plot changes because of those to simple things. This whole thread is a big what if. Anybody can make a case for what would happen if somebody didn't have something pertaining to the original story.

His mother teaches him uzimaki sealing techniques and his father teaches him rasengan and sage mode and summoning technique. Naruto would be very talented. and no naruto is not stupid, just lazy( im not a fanboy)

Dude they are all possiblities that's why it's called a what if. With them being as weak as you think they would be they would have been killed by Rain Ninja in the forest of death, or Naruto could of died from a blow to the head from Sakura, or choked on ramen. Who knows since Naruto doesn't have the fox and Sasuke doesn't have the Sharingan they might not have got Kakashi as a sensei which could have led to them not going to wave and Kakashi not ordering Sakura to wake Naruto to chase Sasuke and Gaara. Sasuke would have probably lost his preliminary match during the exams which means he wouldn't have made it to the final exam. Naruto might have lost to Kiba, but whoever would have fought Gaara would have been powned, because none of the rookies or team guy couldv'e taken him. Orochimaru wouldv'e wiped out the village, because Sarutobi wouldn't have had that little extra warning from when Orochimaru frenched Sasuke's collar bone. See all what if's.
