Sasuke has no equivalent to the Nine tails because the Nine tails isnt a clan trait. If you take away the Sharingan then you take away Naruto's life force and Massive chakra.

umm... I'm pretty sure that in the manga and the anime, Jiraiya stated that if Naruto didn't have the kyuubi sealed inside of him, he would have at least 4 times more chakra than he has now which is already a LOT given that he can go into sage mode. So without the kyuubi, Naruto basically wouldnt have been hated by his village and be insanely strong and probably be another minato

this is not the case for sasuke, who seems to heavily rely on his sharingan. That is not to say naruto doesnt rely on kyuubi's power, but naruto is known to have a lot of his own chakra and can still learn SM and rasengan.

He would still be quite strong. His power right now has mostly to do with Kurama, but if he never had Kurama, he would have focused on other things to become strong.

If you take Sasuke's sharingan right now, he would be kinda weak because his strenght comes from his sharingan. If he never had the sharingan to begin with he would train other things and that is why he still be strong.
