I didn't say he used Kuramas chakra. Naruto himself has high chakra for being a Uzamaki. Naruto's bloodline is high chakra/stamina itself. While Sasukes bloodline is Sharigan.
With NAruto's bloodline being HighStamina/Chakra he can learn Sage Mode
With Sasukes bloodline he can achieve 3 tomoe by training and then MS by the special conditions.

This isn't fair. Sasuke naturally has the sharingan, because he is from Konoha's most strongest clan - Uchiha. Naruto was gifted kyuubi on a silver plate.
Narutos bloodline is actually Long life since he is uzumaki.
you forgot SO6P gave 3 things to each son.
and its like you are telling Naruto to remove two things(Chakra & Body for not being a jinchuriki) while you are only removing one thing from Sasuke i.e his eyes only.

Other than than that... I believe it (too be true) that Naruto would be much less super effective; much like if a pokeman battle were too make all pokeman types normal. If that makes sense; ...other than that... One cannot simply remove genetic coding from Naruto; as he is derived from the sage's body... ( a lot of chakra).
So in closing, Naruto would be much like Sakura... (without boobs, so imagine even less of Sakura) ...

What are you talking about? You're suppose to be a Naruto fan? Naruto has high chakra and stamina because he is an Uzumaki. Sasuke has the sharigan because he is a Uchiha.
I'm making it perfectly fair. Sasuke gets MS and 3 tome. Naruto has SM and high chakra/stamina. Im basing this off their bloodlines. Kyuubi was given to Naruto and EMS was given to Sasuke.
Why else do you think Naruto is the only one who can spam shadow clones without the help of Kurama?

Naruto chakra being high in natural gift not something he got from SO6P if its was like that then every single older sons family member had big chakra reserve like tsunade, konohamaru, minato, tobirama etc....
what you dont get is there are some natural powers which is not included as SO6P powers. for example : ino shika cho powers they are powers of there clan not a gift from SO6P
in case of naruto he got long life from his clan. not every single uzumaki have high chakra for example : Karin. they all have long life though which is the thing they all share.
as for uciha not every single uchiha is smart like itachi & sasuke is pretty smart too. but they all share same gift from sage i.e sharingan.
you see if you remove those gift from So6p then still naruto will have high chakra though the risk of him dying due to powerful attack will increase cause he loses the long life.
also sasuke will still be good at analysing cause its not gift from So6p.
if you take it like that sasuke will end up being guy like Shikaku who makes strategy.
and naruto will end being sannin like Jiraiya with sm. but dies against powerful attacks cause he dont have long life. just like how jiraiya died against pain was like childs play he died easily.
but you cant take away the guts to never give up which is the frog said is the main thing which is needed to learn sm
His high chakra is from his blood. Whether is be from the SO6P or not he inherited from his mother who also has special chakra. Uzamkai's are relatives of the Senju's. Their bodies also derive from SO6P. Again I'm going by blood lines. Naruto was born with this body and Sasuke was born to unlock sharigan.
OMFG man! Naruto is an Uzumaki, even without the kyuubi the nigga still has long life and a high amount of chakra. If Naruto did not have the kyuubi he would have learnt FTG and various other jutsu from his father who happened to be a POWERFUL Hokage. Plus he would have Sage mode, aaaaand sealing techniques from his mother.
If sasuke did not have sharingan he would have nothing.

That makes no sense. Naruto doesn't have the chakra of a bijuu or anyone for that matter except Kisame. Naruto and Karin = Uzamaki. Naruto has high chakra because of his bloodline from his Mother. You do realize in the manga having the body means having above average chakra levels dont you? It also comes with being able to possess a bijuu.
