If Naruto didn't have Kurama

I've been away lately so I guess I'll starting off with an easy thread. We all know Naruto has been criticized as a gifted failure. I mean, we all heard the sasuke fanboys or whichever group of person say ''Naruto without Kurama is shit''. :sy:


- So I'll start with the beginning, if Naruto didn't have Kurama sealed within himself, this also means Minato and Kushina aren't dead. Naruto would have grown up like a normal kid and his parents would teach him lots of stuff (sealing tech, FTG, etc..) compared to the ''Kurama life'' where he wasted all his childhood doing nothing and weak. Not to say he was treated like crap.
- I heard Kurama gives Naruto some nice chakra but it also gave him poor chakra control. He has to use a clone to perform the Rasengan... Kinda too bad since he could do it without a clone like his father if it wasn't for kurama.
- Sage Mode, this is the best part. Naruto in SM took out many of the paths of pain, something that even the skilled shinobies can't. In the other hand, if it wasn't for that damn Nine-Tails, Naruto could fuse with Ma and Pa and go sage mode all night. Seriously, Naruto without Kurama? I wonder what kind of butthurt person came up with that.

I didn't plan on going very far with this thread so in other words, even if Naruto didn't have Kurama sealed within himself, I don't think he would be as strong as he is now with BM but he would certainly be among the strongest shinobies, surpassing his dad :y

Sure he had the extra chakra to produce more clones but all of the things he learned he could have done without it

He still come out on top EITHER way. Don't be so sure, it was Kishimoto's choice to place Kurama as Naruto's animal and power. Not like Chopper in One Piece or Kon in Bleach.

It's hard to say really :/ Given if he didn't have Kurama he probably would have not been through half the things he currently has, and might not have been taught a lot of what he already knows...can only speculate

he sure as hell wouldnt be shit/fodder, but without the kyuubi his personality would be drastically different as well. id say maybe about rock lee's strength? with a personality like kiba's maybe.

Wait a second. Naruto can STILL use BM Human Form even without Kurama? I mean sure he cannot transform into a bijuu, but he separated Kurama's chakra from the beast and placed it into the torii seal.

Wait, how wouldn't have Kushina and Minato been dead? How else were they going to get rid of the Kyuubi? Minato was low on chakra reserves and Kushina... self explanatory.

If Naruto didn't have the Kyuubi, he would have already been dead from their first mission protecting Tazuna due to the poison.
