If Naruto didn't have Kurama

You didn't really make any sense, To learn Sage mode you need to first learn to see and sense natural chakra as you learn to balance it with your own chakra (use of Toad oil to help this). Next is learning to be still. Then learning frog kata and other Sage jutsus. In none of these steps did Naruto use Kurama's power at all, Kurama only came up when Pa toad tried fusing with Naruto and Kurama kicked him off. Kurama's chakra and Naruto's chakra are two different chakra, in sage Mode training Naruto was fusing his chakra with natural chakra so Kurama had no play there. Kurama did nothing to help Naruto during this training, it's all skills/determination/chakra control.
I'll explain other points below.
For some reason people tend to forget that the only reason why Naruto Learned Sage Mode is because.
1-Jiraya Died and left a Code entrusting it to Naruto!
2-Fugaku would had never trained Naruto.
3-Minato is alive so he will still be in Everyone's minds even in Jiraya's '''Minato is the child of the prophecy'''.
4-Maybe Jiraya would have never taken naruto in his travels. (but even when he did, jiraya never talked about it or thought about SAGE MODE with Naruto).
Naruto might have Shadow Clone Flying Thunder Broken which is amore imba Broken version of the FTG.
-Sealing jutsus from his mother
-Naruto might have toad contract but i remember he always used kyuby chakra for that.
-better chakra control
-more skilled and tactical than what he is, since he wont be depandable of kyuby saving his Ass!.
Well you're wrong there sir, The only reason Jiriaya did not teach Naruto SM himself was very simple. He was trying to help Naruto control Kurama's power, that's what we mostly did in their 2 years of training beside chakra control, taijutsu skill, breaking out of genjutsu, Oodama rasengan and "that jutsu". Jiriaya said himself he was trying to help Naruto control the power when he told Kakashi, Yamato and Tsunade of how he almost died twice in his life (Tsunade/4 tail). Think back, All of Naruto's training was on chakra control and it was all to help him try to control his power, Kurama's power.
No Kurama, Naruto would have better chakra control so instead of all of the training on chakra control he would be learning more jutsus and such. Jiraiya is his Godfather so he would want to train him every so often when Minato can't. Minato trained Kakashi and Kakashi Trained Naruto on how to learn his wind element so Minato could teach Naruto his element in part 1. Jiriaya taught Konan,Yahiko and Nagato their jutsus (Nagato learned all 6 so Jiraiya must know how to train someone in anyone they might have) so he could teach Naruto not only his jutsus (spiky hair ones that can shield him, attack enemy or shoot needles) but element ones too.
Also Naruto didn't have great chakra control at then time as you can see Jiriaya trained him to learn to summon a toad. from tadpole up. Summon jutsu is a C rank jutsu and shadow clone is B rank so it all came down to chakra control. With Kurama power he used it all to summon Gamabuta without using control. In Shippudden he does have better chakra control and chakra to summon Gamabuta and others. Kakashi even stated Naruto has twice his chakra and with Kurama 1000x as much so without anything holding some of Nauto's power back he'll have more chakra right?. Yuppers.

Naruto would still be Top Teir Shinobi even without Kyuubi. Actually he would be a tad bit OVER POWERED.
You guys cant forget that Jiraiya is Naruto's Godfather, so its still very vikely that he would have had sage mode. But the reason naruto would have been OP is because he would have:
1. Uzumaki sealing techniques (which were feared throughout the world)
2. FTG
3. Rasengans
4. Rasenshuriken
5. Perfect Sage Mode (Fusion with MA and PA)
6. Massive chakra reserves (because of uzumaki blood)
7. Toad Summons
8. Shadow Clones (possibility)
He still would have surpassed his father and jiraiya, and become the orange flash sage of the hidden leaf.
