Ichiji is the only brother who Sanji has yet to fight.

By feats ichiji is impressive but Sanji is clearly stronger. So far we've only seen Sanji use the same attacks that he did in the Ennies Lobby arc. We didn't see him apply haki to his attacks really or even try for that matter. The best attack he's used so far is Observation haki, sky walk,blue walk, and hell's memories.

When we actually see him go all out then we can compare, because his brother's look weaker than Sanji.

Let's just say the raid-suit would give its user like Ichiji or Sanji 100% power. Can Sanji without raid-suit go +100% of power? Cause I believe the raid-suit does make a user stronger, but at certain limits, so unless Sanji pushes his limits and go beyond 100, he will be stronger than Ichiji. Even if Ichiji was wearing raid-suit. Just speculation.

However, I would say that even Oda would avoid such idea and save that image of the strong and big (elder) brother.
