I start off by using Earth Release: World Shaking to throw my opponent off balance, restricting their freedom of movement due to the created tremor and then I'd use Ice Release: 1000 Needles of Death to attack them from all sides, keeping them on the defensive :> I'd probably finish my move with the creation of clones or something

Personally I'd either use hurricane fist to get off the shaking earth or just let the shaking shake me and then use earth spear technique to fend off the needles.

2.

I start of by using Water Release: Water Pillar Thrust to shoot my opponent into the air, once again making it difficult for them to move about and as the opponent approaches the ground I use Ice Release: Ice Prison Technique to trap them while their in mid air. I'd finish up with an appropriate lightning technique to pierce through the ice striking the trapped opponent

z-z might not be so hard to counter, just use wind stream to avoid the pillar if you are able to notice it rising up from below.

Now the above tech is not used much in the role play for some reason despite it's effectiveness but meh S rank spam is the way of the role play <_>.
Now this technique uses humidity in the air to it's advantage, the user through focusing his chakra into the air manipulates it and forms it into a dome, you must make this dome thick yet transparent, meaning that it must be durable while still allowing you to see outside.

How to perform the technique
I utilize my ice natured chakra and mix it together with the humidity in the air around me. Then, through manipulation I materialize ice all around me and shape it into a dome with a diameter of roughly four meters with me in it's center and while compressing and fortifying the ice I make sure it remains transparent.

Ways to counter:
I'd shatter it with lightning \o\

Description: The user will create a pack of wolves made of snow that will rush down a mountain and attack the opponent. The user can also simply make a pack of wolves to attack the user without using the mountain, though the momentum they gain from their descent down a mountain makes the jutsu more effective.

Now the above technique is better when used in conjunction with a mountain since the wolves will gain a speed boost, but nevertheless it can be used without a mountain, it is also formed from preexisting ice/snow, although since you have the KG you can create it without pre-existing ice/snow, you can do so by performing three hand seals Rate—>Hare—>Dog although I believe that when you have mastered ice release, you gain the ability to use it with a single hand seal. When there is pre-existing ice/snow you simply manipulate it while using chakra manipulation and form the snow/ice into several wolves. And when not using pre-existing ice/snow you use moisture and humidity to form the wolves.

Now if you need to form a mountain you can use either Moving Earth Core/Wheel of Fortune technique/Raising evacuation.

Description: The user will create a single, or a large abundance, of very large ice spikes that will protrude from the ground. The spikes were shown to have been about the size, taller even, than a small house. The user can make multiple spikes that will rise up simultaneously in the same general vicinity, or a single one.

One of my favorite ice related techniques, this technique is quote simple and straight forward, the user will focus chakra into the ground, take advantage of the moisture, then use shape manipulation to from sharp spikes that emerge from the ground, the spikes number can be chosen by the user, may it be one or 1 billion(kidding .-.), but you know several ice spikes Can be created at a time.
Also the spikes are quite tall, reaching the height of a small house which is about the margin on short-mid range distance.
I recommend using this technique with the basic surrounding genjutsu, and to mask the sound you cause several earth pillars rise, or big objects of earth appear this will mask the appearance produced by the protruding ice.

I could first create a mountain using Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart with the steep side which ends at my target's feet while I'm several meters higher atop of the mountain and then use this technique to send a pack of wolves at them u.u

How to perform the technique
By first using Earth Release: Earth flow Rampart I create a steep mountain with myself on top of it and then I utilize my ice natured chakra and channel it outwards across the area infront of me. Then, using the moisture within the air I manipulate my chakra to materialize large chunks of snow which I then shape into a large pack of wolves which then run down across the steep slope of the mountain towards my target.

Ways to counter:
Any straightforward technique with enough strength while covering a wide range can stop this technique, like Great Majestic Fire Annahilation or something z-z

I'd use this technique as the start of a combination and then proceed by attacking my opponent from above with something like stormy blockade.

How to perform the technique
I utilize my ice natured chakra and channel it into the ground below my target. I then mold my chakra together with the moisture within the ground and force several spikes of ice, each of them being a few meters tall to emerge from the ground portruding my target.

Ways to counter:
If I notice the sound from something coming from below I'd just guard myself with a technique like Earth Release: Hardening technique

Description: A humongous white whale with a single horn made out of ice will be made. The whale can crash into a target using its large horn or simply its massive size, or it can serve defensive purposes; its large size making it capable of blocking any attack that it is capable of withstanding.

Now this technique was used through water, the user will erect the whale that had a horn out of the water, but when it was shown, it was shown used by someone with the hidden ability, so he had to manipulate the pre-existing ice in the water. But since you have the KG you can form it without the water source.

(Hyouton: Haryū Mōko) Ice Release: Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger

Description: The user will create a giant tiger made out of ice. The tiger cannot even be slightly affected by any water release unless it is A ranked or above (or a combination of water and another element) as it freezes most water release attacks it comes in contact with.

Now this tiger is quite big, big enough for you to ride on, it is created by using humidity in the air and the surrounding area. Now this technique is said to freeze water techniques, well this can be used to your advantage when countering this technique, for example you can use gushing water imprisonment against it, the water will get frozen by the tiger, this will hinder the tigers movements, although the tiger will be able to 'burst' throughout the water due to elemental weakness, it can be still used for your advantage, for example if the opponent used this against you, you can use GWI to cause him and the tiger to be in the water, thus the opponent will get frozen inside the sphere momentarily.
Also you can put several explosive tags on the tiger, then when it is attacked you can cause the tags to explode, thus causing damage to the opponent, and if you want to be more sneaky, you can create the tiger around the tags/explosives, thus masking their presence even more unknown.
This tiger can also be used for defensive purposes, it is also quite fast in it's movements.

I feel like this technique might be particularly useful when fighting an opponent who is standing atop of a water source by creating the whale below the surface of the water catching the opponent by surprise

How to perform the technique
I utilize my ice natured chakra and mix it together with the moisture within the air. I then materialize the chakra creating an enormous source of ice which I then shape into a huge whale with a single large horn atop the top of it's head.

Ways to counter:
A big fire technique would melt it o-o

(Hyōton: Bakusai Hyōshō) - Ice Release: Blasting Ice Crystal

Description: The user firsts traps the target's feet to the ground by freezing ice onto them. They then uses a specific hand seal which causes the chunks of ice at the target's feet to grow into one large chunk, freezing the target completely. Quickly jumping back they throw several senbon at the frozen target. It partially cracks the chunk of ice, and then shatters outward, damaging the target once more.

This is pretty much a summon stopper to be completely honest. There aren't too many summons that would be able to stop you from freezing them completely. By the time they try to jump or something you would perform the handseal. They would then land on the ground and shatter themselves. Most Summons don't have Lightning or Fire chakra to destroy it. It would force the user to have to either sacrifice their summon or find a way to deal with it on their own. In a cannon fight there aren't too many ways to get out of this either, most of them lightning related, a couple of earth ways, fire would only hurt yourself more than help.

In order to perform this technique you must freeze the opponents feet through using your ice chakra, once that is done you perform a hand seal and cause the ice to engulf your opponent completely. Then you throw several senbons at the frozen opponent, the senbons will crack the ice causing more damage to the opponent.

How to perform the technique
I send my ice chakra into the ground below my target and manipulate the moisture to raise upward in the form of ice, freezing the target's feet into place restricting their movements. I then weave a single handseal, expanding the ice completely trapping the target's entire body within it and finish by throwing several senbon into the ice while I jump backward, causing it to crack and finally burst outward causing more damage.

Ways to counter:
Hardening technique, sprout some spikes from my entire body to break the ice o-o

I'd start off by using Ice Release: Blasting Ice Crystal while I am short-range from my opponent, however I'd only freeze their feet into place and then I'd proceed by using Ice Release: 1000 Needles of Death while the opponent is trapped in place, jumping away from the needles at the last second and have them rain down upon the trapped opponent.

A counter could probably be Chidori Nagashi, even though it's non focused it should be able to break ice o-o

I first use Earth Release: World Shaking, throwing the opponent off balance while keeping them distracted from my follow up technique due to the sound of the earth shaking. Then, I'd follow up using Certain-Kill Ice Spears while their thrown off-balance and distracted by the sound caused by the shakes o-o

Counter could be hurricane fist yourself off the shaking earth :3

Now this technique is a great technique as it doesn't require humidity/moisture and what not, it is initiated through the uses own body; the user will thrust his hand forwards and unleash a black dragon from his hand, the dragon is capable of changing direction while in mid air, it can also be used to attack several opponents due to it's size. Also this technique can be used for transportation, you can create it beneath your ally and move it around, this will help in multiple attacks and what not.
Also it can be used to protect yourself from attacks

Description: The user will gather particles into the air and change them into a disk of ice. The ice disks are transparent, and they are therefore nearly invisible at a distance, and difficult to dodge or see until they are very close. They can also be used as highly durable shields or can be used to allow the user to hover in the air by using standing on it. Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

One of the most epic ice techniques, it has
  • Offensive Uses: It can be used to attack the opponent via several ways: The first being through the sun, due to the transparency of the technique rays of light can be reflected through the disk, so you can cause fires, or you can blind the opponent through technique, but you must keep in mind the weather, angle of refraction, and position of your opponent, if you opponent is for example looking at the ground you can't blind him...unless you use several disks of ice, reflecting the light from one disk to another until it reaches the opponents line of sight ~_~ And unless you are retarded you shouldn't try that >_>
    The second way to attack is by using the disks themselves to attack, you can exploit their transparency to attack the opponent, I recommend attacking the Knees since it will be harder for them to notice it, and getting hit in the knees is surely a bîtch.
  • Defensive uses: Well this technique allows you to create four ice disk, of you create 4 each will be C rank, if you create 2 each will be B rank, and 1= A rank. You can use this to protect yourself and allies from incoming attacks.
  • Supp uses: You can use it to hover in the air, thus providing a means of faster transportation. It can also be used to transfer allies or dead bodes O_O. Also since sun rays can be concentrated through the disks, you can burn ropes that are restricting you.
This technique exploits humidity in the air to create a disk of ice, I want you to focus on the shape of the ice disk, then through shape manipulation you create it, you can create four copies of the disk, the ranks of them are stated above.

Seems pretty straightforward, so o-o enlighten me on a possible strategy for this one beside the uses you stated

How to perform the technique
I bring forth my right and and focus ice natured chakra within it. I then punch forward and release the focused chakra and materialize a source of black snow, shaping it into a large, fierce dragon and I then direct it to move upward and finally descend downward upon my target.

Ways to counter:
Any A-Rank+ stream of fire could take this down easily o-o

You pretty much stated them yourself, could either create them low above the ground to keep the disks out of my opponent's line of sight to attack their knees or just reflect sunlight to blind them if they are looking upward.

I utilize my ice natured chakra and channel it outward. Then by molding it together with the moisture within the air I materialize a completely round disk of ice, making it thin enough to make it able to cut through surfaces while remaining transparent

Like its previous version, only difference is that it uses both arms, and also there is the combo mentioned in the technique. Also since it uses both arms you are incapable of attacking using them for a short while.

I retract both my arms and mold ice chakra within both of them. I punch both my arms forward and releases the molded ice chakra, materializing two large dragons composed out of black snow and I make the dragons swirl upward and then converge into a massive tornado which comes down upon my target.

Ways to counter:
Hardening technique if used to attack you from multiple sides or just a straightforward technique which covers a wide enough range.. like great majestic fire

(Hyouton: Makyō Hyōshō) Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

One of the most badarse techniques, it provides a medium for offensive techniques, a means for defensive techniques, and a means of supplementary techniques, it also provides you with movements at great speeds, speeds so great that only 1T sharingan and above can keep up with it(Basically the entire role play >_> So many Fing uchihas <_<). This technique is resistant to lower ranked Fire/Wind/Water, it requires an equal rank fire technique to stop it, and higher rank Wind/water techniques which is forbidden rank, or S rank with a lot of power ups like CM2 and one if the seven sword of the mist >.<.

Now this technique can create up to 21 mirrors of ice, the mirrors are mostly created in a dome formation with 12 mirrors on the ground, 8 above them(basically one mirror in a 50-50 position on top of two mirrors or you can make it so that is flat ontop of the below 12) in a bent angle, and 1 directly above them all. The mirrors will reflect your ugly image.

The mirrors can be formed in any formation with any number(=21 or below). Although it is easier for the opponent to predict your location with a lesser number of mirrors, and with a more simple design.

The mirrors are formed by exploiting the humidity in the air, and take note to create the mirrors slightly bigger than you just as a precaution, and also be vigilant that when leaping through the mirrors not to hit the sound barrier <_<, nah just be careful of any possible fast formed wall like techniques, this will definitely cause you a lot of damage. Also you can move through both sides of the mirror.

Now when you form the mirrors move through them and throw swallows so you get the hang of the chilling feeling.

How to perform the technique
I utilize my ice natured chakra and channel it into the air around me, molding my chakra together with the moisture present in the air and then I create a dome of 21 mirrors composed out of ice around me and my opponent. The bottom row consists out of 12 mirrors, the row on top of that one 8 mirrors and finally a single mirror on the top to close off the dome. Then, I approach the mirror behind me and focus ice chakra throughout my body, slowly phasing into the mirror and creating my reflection within every single mirror. I then begin to travel from mirror to mirror, first with simple linear directions to get the hang of it and then more complex movements and once I'm used to it I begin throwing senbon towards my opponent during each movement.

Simply self expanotary, I suggest using it with clones, that will make things easier. Also I suggest using a binding jutsu to prevent your opponent from defending. But when using a binding Jutsu it shouldn't be genjutsu cause you know Nagashi >_>, and I dont suggest a ice or earth one cause again Nagashi. Maybe one that revolves around water release, or a ninjutsu one. But since you can't perform a jutsu I refer to my first point which is clones.
