Acceptable move, I will give you a B- grade for that. The problem with that move is the use of second jutsu, you did well making a good initiation by using the orb, but surrounding the orb with needles still isn't a bad idea but not an extremely good one. What you might end up doing is somewhat crystalizing the orb providing a way to escape, or completely negating the the effect of needles because they will be unable to penetrate water. Anyways, good try lets move on to A-rank, but do you have any questions up till now?

*I focus my hyouton chakra into the air infront of me and manipulate the particles to gather in one sole space, compressing each other to gain solid properties, and using shape manipulation to turn manipulate every single property into a very thin, transparent disk of ice infront of me, along with good chakra manipulation i then hover it around me.*

• Good to save one's self from falling.
• Good to attack the opponent.
• Good to block incoming weapons.

If i were falling from a large distance i would create the disk and stand on it, allowing me to hover in the air, then if the opponent where to throw a kunai towards me, i would shift my weight backwards, lifting the disk backwards aswell, making the kunai strike the bottom of the disk saving me from it's harm, i would then land on the ground and hold the disk in both hands, putting it at an angle where the sun's light reflects on it and re-directs a compressed beam towards my opponent, wich explodes on him

Now as for the next, create an ice dragon, but you will be using a special type of ice nature which is called the Black Ice. The dragon will be black colored crystalline dragon;... Such chakra control will also allow you to control the dragon in mid-air.

*I gather a big amount of my hyouton chakra and add a special type of chakra that enchances the ice, giving it a black crystalline like color as its fully created and rushes towards a tree nearby by, the dragon easily rips through the tree, and then by manipulating it further, i make it turn directions and rush to yet another tree close by, doing the same damage as before.*

*Once done, i then proceed to gather a big amount of my hyouton chakra into both hands and release two instead of 1 dragons of the same type as before, and rush towards a training dummy that suddenly appeared, the first dragon to reach it blows it into mid air from where both dragons "fuse" with each other creating a Massive giant tornado wich roughly deals damage dummy*

It's neutral to mud, since it consists of water and earth, earth shatters ice but in a soft liquid-like state it's weak against ice.
Twice as powerful than Water, so it overpowers it.
Wind would only decrease the ice temperature, meaning it would be overpowered by ice aswell.

But the dragons turn into a tornado, i doubt it's a tornado of pure ice. In there dragon form yes, but i was reffering to the Tornado, in the end ice powers them. And the wind stuff, that's exactly what i said. ._.

Wind was correct. Pure ice is that what you need to freeze water? No. You need the temperature created by the tornado, that is the difference between a regular wind tornado and black ice dragon tornado.
