Allows the government to deem what is "acceptable" and not on the internet. They may block websites they deem "unacceptable" from being used in the USA. China uses this exact same system. They have blocked all pro democracy websites, Tienanmen square sites, and anything that criticizes communism. Along with anything with a political agenda.

Its meant to stop priracy and stealing copyrights.... Oh and look at what we have Naruto base if violating the Naruto series copyrights a hundred times over not including the manga on the website.... Bye bye Narutobase.

first of all, they're trying to censor everything copyrighted, so youtube and any website that host content that is copyrighted will be censored.

at face value that doesn't seem so bad, but think about the reprocussions. we're basically allowing the government to deem what is okay for us as citizens to see in a public venue. something like north korea or china. that in and of itself is blatantly unconstitutional!
