A. Know her name
B. Can have conversation without the unpleasent silent pauzes

Well i'm thinking this one is a pretty girl. Usually asking a number go's rather corny and is mostly done with a stereotype pickupline when the person isz a stranger. Don't be like a million guys before you.
She's gotten these questions too much already to give you a chance to prove you're not like the rest.
What you do is when you meet her always at least greet. Don't share your lifestory but let her share hers. Woman are more talkers ... you should do the listening, at first anyways. Ofcourse you do answer her questions.
Also you don't know her name. It's best to ask in the middle of the next conversation. Why? Otherwise you might come on too smuthering.
When you're in the same area always give her the most attention. But watch it! Do not claim her if she doesn't give you the most attention.
