Hebi Sasuke is, canonically, inferior to both Orochimaru without his arms and Itachi. Tobirama survived wars against the Uchiha at their peak, which means he survived their best, defeated/blitzed the second strongest uchiha, Izuna whom competed against- and developed alongside- Madara for ages. yet you want to claim he's inferior? Haha

Feats? Sensing, FTG, shunsin, mass explosions, etc. I 'd hardly call him featless. With his Shunshin speed and sensing alone he'd likely get the drop on Sasuke, let alone using the FTG Kunai.

Implying Tobirama will get caught up by sharingan pre-cog is just sad. He spent more than the first half of his life fighting the Uchiha everyday. His rival was Izuna Uchiha, and regardless of what you say, he had a MS. They both battled several times, and were as fierce rivals as Madara and Hashirama became. Tobirama's sensing abilities are only second to Karin IMO.

The same extensions that were being hacked by Mifune with weapons. The rest of it is bold assumption. Assuming that base-Tobirama would not be seen by Sharingan is a load of crap. What about Izuna Uchiha? Any feats? MS means what? Nothing but made up assumptions.

Tobirama only appears fast when he's using FTG via a marked target. Sasuke's actual base speed is greater than Tobirama's. Like I stated before, Amaterasu ends Tobirama.

If Sasuke was actually serious, he could end the fight as soon as it started, Sasuke is on a different level.

EMS Sasuke is still pretty featless but he will surpass Tobirama sooner rather than later, since Sasuke needs to catch-up to Naruto and Madara, quickly.

However, anyone arguing Hebi Sasuke beating any of the elite people is delusional and/or a giant hugger. Likely both.

-Edo tensei takes no time at all to summon, and he could literally bring them out in the middle of the fight. Edo Tensei coupled with FTG tags on each means the end of Sasuke IMO. Susanoo can probably tank a kamikaze attack, but several of them is just grasping at straws. Even without the kamikaze, edo tensei plus his clones easily gets close enough to warp away the susanoo and finish a Sausage link off hiraishin giri style.
-Even if it's overrated, you can't say he doesn't have high level suiton attacks.

- Shuriken-jutsu unmatched in the manga.
- A ninjutsu arsenal of 6 Raitons that would electrocute Tobirama if he uses them against Sasuke. Nagashi is an excellent counter for any Bushin. I am not even counting the Katon attacks, but since Tobirama has Suiton, I am sure he isn't foolish enough to use it.

Why are you saying all of this, when I merely stated pre-cog is of little to no issue. Sharingan's pre-cog doesn't seem to vary between user(Itachi and Sasuke). The only thing that would differentiate between users is their natural speed and reactions. Obviously we have no feats but assuming he's the brother of Madara Uchiha, it's safe to assume he's fairly fast enough to hold his own. Everything else you posted was extremely irrelevant and has nothing to do with sharingan pre-cog(besides maybe the speed aspect).
