Sasuke (Hebi) solo's the fluck out of Tobirama. Minato, now that's never going to happen. He can react to Raikage but never will he be able to react to FTG.
Not even Naruto with BSM can react. He can barley sense where Juubito is going and its not even near instant (his flying that is)

Tobirama's FTG isn't as versatile and strong as Minato's, he has to come into physical contact through means of base speed before his FTG would even be a threat to Sasuke. Tobirama isn't as fast as Hebi Sasuke with feats, and Sasuke has typically been straight forward and to the point with his fights, at least when they're beginning. Kirin, Gōryūka, Chidori Nagashi, CM level 2, Sharingan battle perception/chakra perception.

Tobirama isn't beating Hebi Sasuke.
