alright then for this one you form the handseals, and then focus your lightning chakra into your gullet and then exhale a spear of lightning from ur mouth. The spear can then split apart to strike multiple enemies.

Try it out on that bullseye over there. First attack only one with it, and then the next time you try it, make it separate to attack a whole row with it.
