Alright for this one you form the handseals, and then focus your lightning chakra and using it, send an electrical essence/wave into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location, wherever you want them to strike.

*i perform the handseals and send a wave of electrical energy into the clouds. then i concentrate on where i want the lightning to strike. then a bolt falls from the cloud, onto the dummy in a flash and it is blown to flaming cinders*

You then slam your hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches your target, you can make it split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.

Try it out on that wooden dummy over there.

alright for this one you form the handseals, and then channels ur lighting chakra to ur dominant hand and then radiate it out making it a hound shaped stream of lighting which stays attached to your hand through a bolt of lighting. and then you have it attack something.

try it out with that wooden dummy over there.

*i focus lightning chakra into my right hand and hold it out as it crackles. then i send out electricity in the shape of a wolf that runs across the ground while being attached to my hand towards the dummy which it rips to flaming shreads and disperses*
