ok... i learned that lightning is a swift and destructive force but it can be usefull if u learn to control it.

Now then, try focusing your lightning chakra into your hands.

Alright, good. Now make them portrude as static bolts from your fingertips, and then shock that wooden dummy in front of you with them.

*i point my fingers towards the dummy and release sparks from my hand that hits the dummy*

Alright for this one, you form the handseals, and then focus your lightning chakra all around your body (without shocking you of course lol) to create an electric field shield around you. Try it out for a bit, and then we'll see how good it is.

btw, am i able to charge my sword with lightning like killerbee or sasuke?

erm no thats another jutsu.

Now, once you have that controlled around you, charge at your opponent, the wooden dummy over there *points to dummy*, and once you make impact, backflip away from it, and look at what you did to it. It should be set on fire, but not in ashes once you land from the backflip.
