i certainly agree with your point of view and this is just a thought of mine feel so sad when i go to some Sensei's profile and saw stack of training request but they never replied yes or no(not all maybe some of the sensei) it's like that you send a letter to someone and this we really expecting their reply but it never come.I prefer having 20 senseis that teach 1-2 members at a time then having 2 senseis teaching 20 members.
Your logic is uni-dimensional. From your point of view, senseis are either active and teach many students, or aren't and keep claiming they have enough student (which is probably true in most case).
Let me say this; you aren't the first to complain about the lack of sensei, and certainly won't be the last. But in the end, NB pulled through and after 3 years, members are still getting trained.
Even if we wanted to hire new senseis, it's not something that can be done on a whim. Senseis need to be dedicated and skilled.
Not only is the argument about senseis being inactive pointless, it's irrelevant to the solution. We can't start demoting senseis when we lack senseis.
Anyway, that was my two cent.
Well thats just a thought of mine.
