I hope in the new manga Boruto gains Byakugan

I hope in the manga Boruto gains Byakugan, it be epic if Boruto gains Byakugan. It be even cooler if Naruto teach Boruto sage mode, although I don't know why Naruto would hold that knowledge from Boruto, although there always Kabuto who can teach Boruto sage mode.

Boruto can have both strong body and strong eyes (I know not sharingan, still byakugan is way better than normal eyes)

I wonder what summon Boruto will learn.

Gentle Fist? (not sure about this one)

Himawari already unlocked the Byakugan, as for Boruto he doesn't have Byakugan.

I thought both the Hyuga and Uchiha had to learn to activate their byakugan. I know the Hyuga are already "born" with the eye but they can't just turn it on after birth can they?

Usually, they have the normal white eyes since birth. The real "activation" with the veins around the eyes, that should be unlockable like the sharingan. But in Himawaris case, she had blue eyes for years, that's the problem.

Hmm Byakugan >>> Normal eyes, what does normal eye do? Nothing but eye sight. Byakugan give way better eye sight, near 360 degree eye sight, x-ray vision etc.

Unless you have proof that you need white eyes to activate the Byakugan you have no point.

Even if Boruto doesn't get Byakugan it still amazing at all the skills Boruto has. Heck Jounin has 2 to 3 element, while Boruto has 3 as a genin that is impressive. Boruto can combine a element affinity with rasengan making it a S-rank jutsu that is even more impressive.

the biggest problem with boruto getting byakugan is that it would look awful. himawari can pull it off because she looks like hinata. boruto cant.
