Sasuke would win after getting that speed like Rock Lee. Plus Sharingan is a stronger KG than Byakugan. But they are both geniuses and there minds kinda works the same(when it comes to fighting). But it would be a very close fight. And if Sasuke's chidori can penitrate Gaara's sand it can beat Neji's rotation. Because Gaara's sand is a stronger defense than Neji's roatation.

3. Gaara's sand and Neji's rotation are 2 different things. very different. Gaara's sand that time was a solid "wall", but Neji's rotation is like a tornado. it's moving and only pure chakra. it's also pushing you backwards. you can't penetrate a moving non solid thing what is pushing you back at the same time.

For Sasuke to keep up with Lee speedwise it costs him a large amount of stamina (lee said it while watching sasuke fight) so sasuke can't keep that speed up for to long.
A basic level 3 sharingan = Byakugan, Sharingan only surpasses the byakugan once it gains MS
not really his stamina was the cause he couldn't keep up. Lee explained he needed to train his body. Kakashi has low stamina, but still fast.
Hey I wanted to see this match!!! i had it played out in my head... Sasuke would win hands down. Sasuke was a beast at that level. why do u think gara only wanted him.
